Since its inception, the VBDO has attended the general meetings of shareholders (AGMs) of Dutch-listed companies. We want the impact of our engagement to be as large as possible. That is why every three years we prioritize sustainable themes that we and our members consider important.
We ask critical questions about these subjects during the shareholders’ meetings and keep track of related activiteis over the years. Every year at the end of the AGM season, we publish an AGM engagement report containing our findings.
