On November 21st, VBDO will present the NL & EU edition of the 2023 Tax Transparency Benchmark, including 116 listed companies from both the Netherlands (51) and Europe (65). The benchmark and announcement of the winners will be presented during the NL + EU Tax Transparency Seminar at PwC Netherlands in Amsterdam.
In addition to the announcement of the results and insights of the Tax Transparency Benchmark 2023, attention will be paid to various developments in the field of tax transparency and sustainability. For example, we will focus on the Taxation Mix, the ever-widening range of environmental taxes, such as taxation on carbon and plastics. The importance of an excellent administrative structure (governance) will also be highlighted, especially when it comes to a tax policy where sustainability is well integrated.
