VBDO has been a loyal visitor to general shareholders’ meetings (AGMs, or AVA’s in Dutch) for more than a quarter of a century. Every year we ask board members of 40 Dutch-listed companies, questions and commitments to promote sustainable business operations.

The questions are asked within three themes that change every three years. For 2023, these themes are lobbying, working conditions in supply chains and biodiversity.
