The 2025 edition looks at where tech companies have improved, stagnated, or collapsed in the three years since Ranking Digital Rights\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/rankingdigitalrights.org\/bts22\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">last assessed them<\/a>\u00a0in 2022. The 2025 report is scheduled to be launched on April 28th, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>From Amazon and YouTube to TikTok, Google Search, and WeChat, the 2025 Ranking Digital Rights Index dives deep into the policies behind 43 of Big Tech\u2019s most dominant platform services.<\/p>\n<p>Join us for the discussion to better understand how Big Tech\u00a0shapes our digital rights, and what accountability really looks like:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In what areas have Big Tech companies made progress in respecting digital rights and where are they backsliding? Are we seeing regional rifts in transparency emerge?<\/li>\n<li>How can investors use the insights from the 2025 Ranking Digital Rights Index to identify severe risks related to privacy and freedom of expression across major tech platforms?<\/li>\n<li>As we see mixed progress across companies, how can investors tell who\u2019s leading on digital rights and who\u2019s just checking the boxes?<\/li>\n<li>What responsibility do investors have when it comes to holding Big Tech accountable for how their platforms impact the rights of people online and society at large?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experts from Ranking Digital Rights at the World Benchmarking Alliance will discuss the latest findings.
