The language of this event will be English.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>2025 marks the 5-year countdown to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Implementing living wages in global supply chains is one of the key instruments to achieve most SDGs.<\/p>\n<p>PLWF members annually assess the progress of investee companies in terms of living wages and incomes\u2014a cornerstone of their engagement strategy for the garment sector. The methodology for assessing living wages is aligned with the UN Guiding Principles Reporting Framework. Similar approaches are used for the agri-food and grocery retail sector. Key insights and aggregated results are shared annually in the PLWF engagement report.<\/p>\n<p>During the annual PLWF conference, we will discuss the platform&#8217;s engagement results and provide different perspectives on the theme of living wages.
