Every year, we ask critical questions to the directors of around 40 Dutch, listed companies, in order to promote sustainable business operations. We invite companies VBDO engages with, investors (i.e. our members), NGOs and other subject matter experts.<\/p>\n<h2>AGM engagement report 2022<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vbdo.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/VBDO-AGM-Engagement-Report-2022-Keep-Up_DIG.pdf\">Download the AGM engagement report 2022 &#8211; Keep up<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>AGM sustainability themes 2022<\/h2>\n<p>We ask our questions on the basis of a number of focus themes. Each focus theme remains for three years. After three years we set up a dialogue with our members on new relevant themes that need to be included in our engagement with companies. In this way we stay up to date and gain insight into the performance of companies within a theme over several years.
