Although we see a shift from linear to circular use of materials and minerals, many raw materials are still needed for the transition to a low-carbon economy.<\/p>\n<p>Steps are being taken in the Philippines: the round table on responsible mining in the Philippines turned out to be very open and constructive, the financial sector came to the table for the first time.
