Since its foundation in 1995, VBDO has attended the general meetings of shareholders (AGMs) of Dutch listed companies.
During the AGMs, we ask critical questions about three different ESG themes and have kept a finger on the pulse over the years. Every year, at the end of the season, we publish an AGM engagement report containing our findings.
